Privacy policy
HR Portal is a private tool for one amateur Counter-Strike team. This page says exactly what it stores, who can see it, and what it does with Google account data.

The short version
Only members of the High Rollers team can sign in. The site stores a Steam ID, a display name, and a record of what each member has asked the pipeline to do. It sells nothing, shares nothing with advertisers, and runs no third-party analytics. The only Google account it ever touches is the site operator’s own, to upload the team’s own gameplay clips to the operator’s own YouTube channel.
Who runs this
HR Portal is operated privately by the High Rollers Counter-Strike team. It is not a company and not a commercial service. To ask a question about this policy, or to have your data removed, contact the site operator through the team’s Discord server — the same place the clip bot posts.
Who can use it
Sign-in is through Steam, and access is limited to members of the team roster. A visitor who is not on the roster sees a sign-in page and nothing else. There is no public account creation and no way to register.
What is stored, and why
- Your Steam ID and Steam display name. Steam supplies these when you sign in. The ID is the key everything else is filed under; the name is what other members of the team see beside a clip request or a note.
- A sign-in session. One cookie holding a random session
identifier —
HttpOnly,SameSite=Lax, and valid for 30 days. It carries no personal data itself. Signing out deletes it. - Visit times. When you first used the site, when you last used it, and roughly how long. This exists so the team can tell whether the tools it builds are being used.
- Clip requests. The demo, map and round you asked for, when you asked, whether it finished, and the resulting video link. This is the history the site shows you on your own page.
- Notes you write. Text you type on a utility lineup, stored with your Steam ID so that you — and only you, or the site operator — can remove it again.
What is never stored
No password (Steam handles sign-in and this site never sees one), no email address, no payment details, no address or phone number, no advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers, and no analytics from any third party.
Google and YouTube account data
The pipeline behind this site uses YouTube Data API Services to upload finished clips and match videos, and to read back the titles of the videos it has already uploaded.
- It authenticates as the site operator’s Google account only, once, through Google’s own consent screen.
- It never asks any other person to connect a Google account, and it cannot read anybody else’s Google or YouTube data.
- The credential it receives is stored on the operator’s own machine and used for nothing but uploading to, and reading, the operator’s own channel.
- No data obtained from Google APIs is sold, transferred to anyone, or used for advertising, and none of it is used to train any AI or machine learning model.
HR Portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using this site you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time from Google’s security settings.
Other services in the path
- Steam. Sign-in uses Steam’s OpenID. Steam is told that you are signing in to this site; this site is told your Steam ID.
- Cloudflare. Traffic is proxied by Cloudflare, which sees request metadata such as your IP address in the normal course of serving the page.
- YouTube. Videos are embedded through
youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set advertising cookies before a video is played. - Discord. Clip notifications are delivered by the team’s own Discord bot to the Discord account you have linked to your roster entry.
How long it is kept
Sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. Clip history, notes and visit counts are kept while the team is using the tool, because they are the content of the tool. Ask the operator and any of it will be deleted.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, ask for your clip history and notes to be removed, or ask to be taken off the roster so the site no longer accepts a sign-in from you. There is no automated deletion flow; ask and it is done by hand.
Children
The site is not directed at children and is not open to the public. Only named members of the team can sign in.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
